Default Worship Team Exchange

My heart is for unity and for a larger vision, or is it understanding, for the body of believers. One day I thought why not do a "worship team exchange" - similar to a student exchange when the student leaves their home, their culture and what they are used to and goes to another country to learn and to experience their culture. It makes them go "wow! I did not know..." or at least they have a deeper understanding of another culture.

So I am talking with the worship leader of a local church and the worship leader of mine to switch teams. To lead worship in each others church one Sunday. Just to experience worship in another church and not just in their own church.

Any ideas on how else we can grow this "culture" that will lead to a better relationship with the local church and unity and perhaps a deeper understanding of the body we are part of!
